Job summary
Houston, TX-based general contractor seeks a Project Superintendent with 10+ years of heavy highway construction on $100M+ projects. Responsible for interpreting and implementing construction plans, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating owners, project managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget.
The role offers a base salary of $140K–$170K DOE, plus bonus, health & wellness benefits, vacation, and a company vehicle. On-site, full-time position in Houston, TX.

Our Client a $700M+ Heavy Highway/Civil General Contractor is currently recruiting for a Project Superintendent in Houston, TX.
Must have 10+ years of heavy highway construction experience on projects $100M+ with a proven track record of bringing in jobs on time and within budget.
Must be able to Interpret and Implement Construction Plans, Enforce Safety Policies and Practices. Effective Communication Skills and Ability to Build Relationships with Owners, Project Managers, and Subcontractors. Coordination of craft personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules.
Base salary of $140K-$170K DOE.
