Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare construction projects in the Denver Metro area. You will manage on-site activities, drive safety, maintain quality, and ensure schedule performance in line with client expectations and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 5-10+ years in commercial construction with proficiency in Procore and related tools, plus strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction (healthcare, interiors, or ground-up projects preferred).
• Proven success managing complex, fast-paced projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety standards, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety efforts and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee project scheduling, logistics, and manpower planning to meet deadlines and budgets.

• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement changes as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
