The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Project Superintendent for a design-build highway and bridge project north of Tampa Bay. This full-time onsite role leads foremen and subcontractors, manages safety, schedule, and budget in the field.

Candidates should have bridge/ heavy highway experience, FDOT contract knowledge, OSHA competent person, and be based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida or willing to relocate to Florida.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway and bridge construction.
• Experience as a superintendent running a bridge or interchange project.
• Working knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• OSHA competent person.
• Clean driving record.
• Design build experience is a plus.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
• Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Set production goals and enforce them.
• Plan the work with the project manager and engineers.
• Own jobsite safety and act as the OSHA competent person.
• Work directly with FDOT inspectors and the owner's team.

• Coordinate material, equipment and deliveries.

An established heavy civil contractor is hiring a Project Superintendent for a design build highway and bridge job north of Tampa Bay. This is a strong opportunity for a Bridge Superintendent, Structures Superintendent or Project Superintendent who wants to run the field on a sizable job for a stable employer. You'll run foremen and subcontractors, set production and own safety, schedule and budget in the field, much of it FDOT work. Tampa Bay and Central Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
