Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects across the North Bay. The role requires traveling between project sites and delivering long-term field leadership on a diverse portfolio including education, healthcare, and retail.

The ideal candidate has strong site management skills, a solid understanding of scheduling, safety, and quality, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Experience with wood-frame, podium, mixed-use ground-up multifamily construction.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades on active sites.
• Ability to read plans and specifications; strong scheduling and safety understanding.
• Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, manpower, materials, and site logistics
• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules and support overall project scheduling
• Monitor construction progress and maintain project milestones
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and field coordination items
• Lead subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and daily field coordination
• Coordinate inspections with owners, consultants, agencies, and building officials
• Maintain quality control and ensure work complies with plans and specifications
• Partner closely with Project Managers and project teams on schedule, cost, and field issues
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation
• Manage punch list, final inspections, closeout, and turnover

The ideal candidate brings strong ground-up construction experience, with multifamily experience highly preferred, and is comfortable traveling between project sites throughout the region. • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred
