Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience on $20M+ projects.
• OSHA certification and ability to read and interpret technical specs and drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
