Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of project life cycle, from planning through handover. This role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and upholding safety standards across hospitals, churches, retail, and education sectors.

The ideal candidate will have expertise with PROCORE and Viewpoint, strong leadership and communication skills, and a background in construction management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects and renovations in hospitals, churches, retail, and education sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and subcontractor management practices.
• Proficiency in construction estimating, scheduling, and project management.
• Hands-on experience with PROCORE and Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Managing project schedules, resources, and budget, and ensuring that project deliverables are met.
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Leading project meetings and providing regular updates on project status.
• Identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays that could impact project completion.
