Job Description

BryceTech is looking for a Project Specialist to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in management programmatic initiatives and providing strategic insights. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO) and should have a strong understanding of technology development and commercialization processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage multiple projects with detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in coordination with program leadership.
  2. Conduct market research to have a deep understanding of current industry trends.
  3. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
  4. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational initiatives.
  5. Stay highly organized, maintain clear documentation and records of communication efforts and project results.
  6. Coordinate and manage internal and external communications with various stakeholders and clients.
  7. Create, manage, and distribute content across various internal and external channels.
  8. Provide technical writing support, editing, and proof-reading high-quality written materials.
  9. Support the development of branding materials and products to communicate the client's story.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and partners to enhance the effectiveness of programmatic initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. 7+ years of experience.
  2. Bachelor's in a finance or technology investment related field.
  3. Strong understanding of technology development and commercialization.
  4. Possess Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certifications.
  5. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  7. A collaborative and engaging nature.
  8. Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  10. Secret clearance required; TS preferred.
