What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Project Director or Task Leaders to execute updates to project tasks
- Develop and maintain standard templates, processes, and workflows in line with best practices
- Manage, monitor, and track project tasks to support planning and implementation
- Delegate work to staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Analyze project management data and synthesize it into reports based on program needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, education, psychology, political science, or communications with a minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and staffing processes, or an advanced degree (MBA, MPA) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in these areas
- PMP Certification is a plus but not required
- Effective communication skills for collaboration in a virtual environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients
