Leasepath provides these financial services companies with the tools to increase sales, reduce risk, and improve efficiency and profits. We have existing customers in North America and Europe and are continuing to rapidly expand our customer base and our geographic markets. As part of the Leasepath team, you’ll work customers right away as projects begin their handoff from Sales, create and manage implementation project plans to communicate to both Customer and Leasepath, and then continue to act as a long-term liaison to customers even after implementation, leading ongoing “health checks” and continued services delivery for enhancements or other customer-driven work. Simultaneously, you will work with the Leasepath product team to manage our quarterly product release schedules in an agile/scrum format. You’ll be using the cutting edge of Microsoft technologies and help us maximize the use of Microsoft DevOps for CI/CD and quality management.

About You

You are an enthusiastic, passionate, and self-driven professional who builds confidence within your team and customers. You take initiative, think strategically, and lead with clarity, energy, and accountability. Calm under pressure, you navigate competing priorities and evolving needs with confidence and care.

You bring a well-rounded background that blends project leadership, agile delivery, business analysis, and product configuration into a single, integrated approach. This combination allows you to manage complex implementations, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver successful outcomes through structure, creativity, and collaboration.

You’ve worked across multiple domains, led customer-facing projects, and built strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from technical experts to C-suite executives. You bring experience in equipment finance or Microsoft Dynamics, and you carry a strong consultant mindset that combines business acumen with empathy. Whether it’s managing scope, driving change, or enhancing delivery processes, you lead with purpose and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a proven project leader, confident in managing delivery plans and executive-level communication
  • Has a consulting mindset and builds strong, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Brings hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst
  • Has experience with software product delivery and configuration
  • Has worked in the Equipment Finance industry, or with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Thinks outside the box and solves problems creatively while managing delivery risk
  • Has experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects and domains
  • Brings a strong understanding of change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborates with Business Analysts to define scope, estimate projects, and write SOWs
  • Communicates with clarity, direct, honest, and consultative
  • Is excited to build repeatable PMO best practices and improve implementation efficiency

Responsibilities:

The Leasepath Project Consultant is a strategic, cross-functional leader operating at the intersection of Product, Professional Services, and Account Management. You will guide clients from project kickoff ceremonies through go-live celebrations and post-live support—translating complex implementation needs into actionable, clearly communicated plans.

  • Lead full project lifecycles with confidence and clarity, from planning and discovery through go-live and beyond
  • Guide clients in specifying implementation requirements and aligning them with product capabilities
  • Write clear and accurate SOWs, Project Charters, and Weekly Project Status Reports
  • Run effective executive steering committee meetings and lead structured client communications
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve PMO frameworks and best practices to enable faster, higher-quality implementations
  • Create reusable project delivery templates that enhance clarity, consistency, and communication
  • Ensure project estimates are accurate and that delivery stays within time, budget, and scope
  • Proactively identify scope changes, risks, and issues—offering consultative alternatives to resolve or adapt
  • Enforce change control procedures to maintain alignment and manage evolving requirements
  • Deliver thoughtful project presentations and support customer acceptance with a consultative approach
  • Manage multiple simultaneous client engagements, coordinating with Leasepath team members, partners, and customer stakeholders
  • Oversee TekStack Delivery: manage project setup, charge codes, approvals, and time tracking
  • Administer TekStack CRM: maintain accurate customer and financial records on customer dashboards
  • Perform consulting utilization and time allocation analysis to ensure effective resource use
  • Handle monthly consulting invoicing and support accounting tasks, including QBO entry and Business Central transition
  • Conduct price sensitivity and margin analysis on project SOWs to guide strategic pricing decisions
  • Provide backup support to the accounting function and assist with broader team operational tasks
  • Travel for project kickoff, milestone meetings, delivery oversight, and go-lives, where applicable

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing project or consulting role (PM, BA, Consultant, Product Lead, etc.)
  • Experience managing the delivery of vendor SaaS/software solutions
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and change management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead planning and discovery sessions (remote and onsite)
