Job summary

Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team is seeking a Project - Software Engineer III to help operationalize analytic methodologies and deploy solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. You’ll collaborate with data scientists and engineers, support project delivery, and mentor junior staff in an Agile setting.

The role requires strong CI/CD and container tooling experience, an ability to work on-site in Tampa, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools, including Jenkins, GitHub, and Helm.
  • 3+ years of experience with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working on Agile software development teams.
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Ability to work on-site in downtown Tampa, Florida up to 5 days per week.

As a Project - Software Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with data scientists, developers, domain specialists, and end users to operationalize analytic methodologies into deployed applications

Developing, deploying, and supporting solutions across on-premises and cloud environments

Contributing to software engineering activities that support project delivery objectives

Working in a collaborative delivery environment that uses Agile methods
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Qualifications
Required:

3+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools, including Jenkins, GitHub, and Helm

3+ years of experience with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes

Experience working on Agile software development teams

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance

Ability to work on-site in downtown Tampa, Florida up to 5 days per week

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

Experience with Terraform, Puppet, or other infrastructure as code or configuration management tools

Experience scripting with PowerShell
Experience working in Linux environments
Experience working in high-side environments
