Deploy, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure supporting the client, including self-managed and non-self-managed Red Hat OpenShift clusters

Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab Runners to support automated build, test, and deployment activities

Monitor platform health, performance, and security using observability and security tools, and address issues affecting reliability and availability

Manage cloud services and components including AWS Batch, AWS Secrets Manager, Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS), Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), AWS CloudTrail, Amazon Route 53, Amazon CloudFront, Application Load Balancer, AWS Lambda, and AWS Step Functions

Collaborate with development, quality engineering, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, maintain documentation, and support ongoing platform operations and enhancements

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
• 1+ years of experience provisioning, deploying, and managing environments within AWS, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, and application issues within AWS environments
• 1+ years of experience building, maintaining, and executing deployment scripts and supporting code releases across environments
• 1+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, GitLab Runners, and AWS services used in the role, including AWS Batch, AWS Secrets Manager, Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS), Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), AWS CloudTrail, Amazon Route 53, Amazon CloudFront, Application Load Balancer, AWS Lambda, and AWS Step Functions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• Experience with 3Scale API Gateway
• Experience with ForgeRock and OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication
• Experience with Talend or content management system frameworks
• Experience applying DevSecOps practices
• Experience with scripting and automation for cloud operations
• Experience supporting artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, data lake deployment, analytics platforms, or using AI-enabled tools for scripting, code development, and troubleshooting

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 - $207,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
