Job summary

PCL Buildings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for the Phoenix Buildings project in Phoenix, AZ.

You will work with the site superintendent and project manager to execute the Project Execution Plan, manage safety, productivity and quality, and lead the project team. Ideal candidates bring a Journeyman certificate or engineering degree, plus several years of supervision experience on construction sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team mentoring experience on construction projects.
• Strong communication with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams.
• Ability to lead site meetings and manage project scope, schedule and safety.

Responsibilities

• Work with site superintendent and lead project manager to implement safety program and maintain records.
• Mentor project team and coordinate direct/indirect reports.
• Communicate with trades to ensure performance, productivity, quality and safety standards.
