Job summary

PCL Construction is seeking a Field Engineer/Coordinator to support site operations in Phoenix. You will work with the site superintendent and lead project manager, implementing safety programs and maintaining records to ensure project efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising the project team, coordinating with trades, and assisting with project execution plans and lookahead schedules while ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or engineering degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Implements safety program and maintains records.
• Supervises project team and mentors staff.
• Communicates with trades to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitors project schedule and plans execution.
• Reviews contracts and subcontract obligations.
• Maintains project administration and documentation.
