AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern to join our Philadelphia, PA office. This role supports project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications include completing 60 hours toward an ABET-accredited engineering/construction degree by Summer 2027, basic experience reading drawings, and proficiency in Excel with solid analytical skills. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 60 hours toward engineering/construction degree from an ABET-accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
• Basic experience reading construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
