Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern for our New York, NY office. You will support project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.

You will assist with estimation, cost analysis, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring, plus procurement, contract administration, and change management. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers is essential for project execution and improvement.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
