Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern to join our Philadelphia, PA office. You will support schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.

You will perform estimating, cost analysis, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring, and assist with procurement, contract administration, and change management. Collaboration with teams and suppliers will be essential.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 60 hours toward an engineering/construction degree from an ABET-accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
• No experience required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics.
• Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, and coordination with contractors.
• Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses.
• Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution.
