AtkinsRéalis in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Project Services Analyst, an entry-level role based in Philadelphia. You will support development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to help deliver projects.

You will perform cost analysis, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and invoice processing, while assisting with procurement, contract administration, and changes. A collaborative environment with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Internship experience in construction preferred.
• Experience with electronic takeoff software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics.
• Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow monitoring.
• Assist with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, and contractor coordination.
• Maintain project records and databases, validate information, prepare reports and analyses, and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement.
