Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern in New York, NY. You will support schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.

You will assist with estimating, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, invoicing, and financial tracking activities, plus procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, and change management.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required for eligible Associate's or Bachelor's degree students.
• Must have completed 60 hours toward an engineering degree by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
• Basic computer skills are required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Assists with estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
