Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an entry-level Project Services Analyst based in New York, NY. The role supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.

You will perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities, and assist with procurement, contract administration, and change

Qualifications

Experience with electronic takeoff software and basic construction concepts preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field from an accredited college/university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics.
Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
Assist with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
Maintain project records and databases, validate information, prepare reports and analyses, and support decision-making.
