The Impact You'll Make:
  • Preparation of general correspondence (letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, bid tabs, cost estimates, notes, agendas, etc.)
  • Supports engineering staff with contract document edits, project bidding process, grant applications
  • Process documents to ensure completeness and accuracy including proofing documents for content, correct grammar and punctuation
  • Prepares and organizes the reproduction of documents under instruction from staff, which may include researching and gathering information from various sources to assemble complex reports
  • Make redlined changes to specifications
  • Assist Engineers in creating addendums
  • Make edits to library, master Eng. Design Reports and Final Report Templates
  • Update all in house projects with FAA library changes
  • Submit for advertisement, DBE Public Notice, Invitation for Bids and Legal Notices or Notices of Contractors Settlement
  • Maintain Records, Electronic Filing system
  • Assists all staff in all other duties and tasks that are assigned
  • Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to one or more project teams.
  • Proficient knowledge of general office equipment, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be able to prioritize workload independently
  • Ability to use independent judgment to perform a wide variety of tasks in a professional manner
