AtkinsRéalis in Philadelphia, PA is offering a Project Services Analyst Intern role for students in engineering or construction management programs. The internship covers schedules, forecasts, budgets, cost analyses, forecasting, procurement support, and project documentation to help deliver projects successfully.

You will gain hands-on experience in Excel-based analysis, learn estimation and reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Job Description

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern to join our Philadelphia, PA office.

Your Role

• Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in a related technical field. Basic experience in reading construction drawings

• EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering/construction management/construction degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).

• SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic mathematical and analytical skills

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
