AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern for our New York, NY office. You will support schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering degree and have completed at least 60 hours toward that degree by Summer 2027, with basic data-entry skills for spreadsheets or databases.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required if accepted into Associate'S or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
• Education: Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering degree from a related field by start of internship (Summer 2027).
• Special skills: Basic computer skills to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
