Job summary

Deloitte GPS is seeking a Salesforce consultant to lead discovery sessions, translate business needs into requirements, and configure Salesforce solutions. You will work with architects on integrations and support Agile delivery across projects for federal, state, and local government clients.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to travel up to 50%. This is a challenging position within a dynamic, mission-focused team that delivers impactful customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or administration experience.
• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative automation.
• Experience with requirements management, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, integrations, and deployment practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to travel 10 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
