Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to join our Sales & Service team in the United States. You will help deliver enterprise transformation across processes, data, and technology, working with clients in High-Tech, Media, and Energy sectors.

You will gather requirements, develop client deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders while traveling about 50% as required. A Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business transformation or tech implementation projects.
• 4+ years gathering business requirements and documenting recommendations.
• 2+ years of Lightning (Aura and LWC) experience.
• Experience with at least 2 of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client work.

Our Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers. This includes supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post sales activities including service, customer success and professional services is growing in importance because of the role it plays in customer retention and expansion. Across a number of industries including High-Tech, Media, and Energy, Professional Services and Customer Success is becoming a pressing need.

Work you'll do

As Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation in Sales and Service, you will be responsible for:

• Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and organizational change objectives

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience supporting business transformation, operating model, process improvement, or technology implementation projects
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating findings into documented recommendations
• 2+ years of experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Experience with at least 2 of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

• Master's degree
• Experience supporting functional transformation programs
• Experience with process mapping and business requirements documentation
• Experience supporting project management office activities
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Experience with enterprise transformation or implementation programs
• Familiarity with Agentforce and its application in Sales and Service Cloud
• Familiarity with working with an offshore development delivery model

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
