Job summary

Deloitte in the United States invites seasoned technology leaders to drive enterprise-wide IT delivery and product portfolios across global initiatives.

You will partner with business sponsors, lead Agile teams, define KPIs, and ensure governance and value realization while staying ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with account teams, development hubs and vendors to shape strategic technical direction and deliver high-impact technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive technology leadership roles including leading a team and setting priorities to meet global goals.
• 8-10 years on Salesforce Solutions and Delivery.
• 10+ years in programming and application system environments.
• 10+ years of IT experience within professional/financial services and senior leadership.
• Experience with sponsors, product owners and development teams to define requirements and scope during projects.
• Expertise in leading the delivery of mid-to-large technology solutions.
• Experience maintaining governance, performance and reporting integrity.
• Deep understanding of the latest technology trends.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
• Experience in cloud applications delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT management, planning, architecture and design, engineering, deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise-wide solutions and the product portfolio.
• Govern decision-making and financial accountability for the solutions, development, and funding of value streams.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to deliver solutions through Agile development, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Plan and lead stages of product development and related projects/releases and monitor costs, timelines, and standards.
• Drive overall execution of strategy by aligning account teams, development hubs and other technology services.
• Focal point for demand management and prioritization.
• Define and implement KPIs to track value realization for all new and existing technology asset investments.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and bring insights to meet strategic business needs with opportunities for innovation.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders and foster collaboration between technology teams.
• Define technical evaluation criteria and participate in product selection for technology architecture domains.
• Resolve technical approaches at a directional level ensuring coherent system design.
