• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develops a baseline schedule coordinating with project management, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to load resources, costs, and sequencing information.
• Coordinates project controls to assess risk and presents impact to project team.
• Analyzes changes to schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and tracks budget relationships.
