Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative seeks a Scheduler II to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for transmission and substation capital projects. Coordinate with project teams and partners to ensure schedules align with milestones and execution plans.

Responsibilities include baseline development, critical path analysis, schedule recovery planning, and continuous improvement of scheduling tools and processes. A strong emphasis on collaboration and communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Level I: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1 year scheduling-related experience preferred.
• Level II: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years scheduling/controls experience preferred.
• Level III: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years complex scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for transmission and substation projects.
• Coordinate with managers, engineering, construction, and external partners on schedule updates.
• Perform critical path and risk analysis; communicate risks and mitigations.
