Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler in Oklahoma City to support a major capital project in the power generation sector. You will develop and maintain owner-side schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, verify progress with field observations, and provide schedule analytics to project leadership.

The role requires on-site work, field verification, and collaboration with construction, engineering, commissioning, and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting EPC, power generation, or heavy industrial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of CPM, schedule logic, baselines and forecasting.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and identifying issues in logic and progress.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Willingness to work on active construction sites with field presence.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Conduct site visits to verify construction progress and schedule accuracy.
• Evaluate contractor updates and compare progress with field conditions.
• Monitor critical path, milestones, logic, float, and sequencing.
• Identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze revisions, time impacts, and recovery plans.
• Prepare weekly reports, executive summaries, and look-ahead schedules.
• Participate in coordination meetings across construction, engineering, commissioning, and PM teams.
• Maintain schedule documentation, narratives, and records.
• Support turnover, startup, and outage planning with forecasting.
