The Employee Connect is seeking a Project Controls Analyst (Scheduler) to support major capital pipeline and facilities construction projects in Tulsa, OK. Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and clear communication of schedule risk to project teams is required.

You will lead baseline schedule creation, update schedules monthly, evaluate delays, and develop workarounds with the team. This on-site contract role demands an independent, detail-oriented scheduler who can review contractor submittals

Qualifications

Around 5 years of project scheduling or project controls experience.
Advanced Primavera P6 skills, including templates and WBS usage.
Strong understanding of WBS and project estimates.
Knowledge of pipeline and facilities construction phases (permitting, land, survey, construction).

Responsabilités

Lead baseline schedule creation and approval with the project team.
Develop, maintain, and manage schedules for major and tactical capital projects.
Update schedules monthly, revise forecasts, and evaluate the impact of delays.
Determine critical paths to meet project completion dates and develop workarounds with the team.
Review contractor schedule submittals, including baselines and progress updates, for compliance.
Communicate schedule status and key risk areas to project management.
