Job summary

M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Scheduler to support developing and preparing project schedules for large EPCM projects in heavy industrial construction.

You will use Primavera P6 to develop, update, and maintain schedules in line with M3's scheduling procedures. Responsibilities include weekly updates, analysis, stakeholder reports, coordinating across engineering, procurement, and construction, and ensuring proper logic, WBS, and resource allocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or pursuing degree.
• 2 years mining or EPCM experience recommended.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Experience on multidisciplinary design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Update schedules weekly, perform analysis, and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate parties across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Evaluate schedule progress and trends; provide improvement recommendations.
• Read and interpret drawings to determine proper schedule activities and scope.
• Develop and implement the work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and collaborate with project team.
