Job summary

Jtec Industries, Inc. - Material Movement Experts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Project Scheduler to own and optimize project timelines using Microsoft Project.

You will ensure milestones, dependencies, and baselines are clearly defined and tracked, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. The role requires 5+ years in project scheduling, strong PMBOK/Agile knowledge, and the ability to translate complex scheduling data for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (desktop/online), including resource leveling and custom views.
  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling within engineering, construction, IT, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid project management approaches.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex scheduling data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and opportunities in timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for schedule reporting/visualization is a plus.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work across diverse teams.

  • Maintain version control and keep schedule documentation audit-ready.

Position Summary

As our Project Scheduler, you will be the heartbeat of our project timelines. Responsibilities

  • Support risk analysis by identifying critical paths and potential schedule impacts.
  • Maintain version control and ensure schedule documentation is accurate, current, and audit‑ready.
Requirements
