Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Project Scheduler to own integrated project schedules across capital construction and tool install programs at its Weirton, WV facility. You will provide schedule visibility and risk identification as we bring our first factory lines into production, with relocation assistance available.

Join Form Factory 1 and collaborate with engineers, procurement, and field teams to keep schedules on track and deliver dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of scheduling experience on industrial or capital construction projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with earned value management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using critical path methodology.
• Integrate schedules across multiple workstreams into a master program schedule.
• Track progress and analyze variances against baseline.
• Identify schedule risks and support recovery/mitigation planning.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings with project teams and contractors.
• Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for leadership.
