Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Scheduler to develop and manage project schedules for manufacturing, program and engineering teams. The role supports project managers in planning, coordinating tasks, and tracking timelines while identifying delays and enabling remedial action.

Key responsibilities include creating schedules using SOW and WBS, performing CPM and risk analyses, and reporting IMS metrics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of task-related experience.
• HS diploma with 6+ years of task-related experience or HS diploma with 2+ years EVM experience.
• Must obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules using SOW and WBS, and MS Project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project team to track progress.
• Perform schedule analysis using CPM and CCF methods.
• Perform schedule risk analysis with quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Provide IMS updates as required.
• Support PM during Government reviews/meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
