Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing and managing IMS for DoW programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and EVM principles.
• Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, milestones, and reporting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with DoW standards.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, operations, supply chain, and contracts to capture and sequence all program activities.
• Lead schedule analysis including critical path, float, dependencies, and risk-impact assessments.
• Support EVM implementation through schedule integration with the cost baseline; generate performance metrics (SPI, CPI, ETC/EAC).
• Prepare and deliver schedule-related customer deliverables for major program reviews and contractual requirements.
• Interface with government stakeholders, primes, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure schedule accuracy and program alignment.
• Mentor junior schedulers and contribute to improving scheduling processes and governance.
