Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain construction schedules for industrial and capital projects. You will partner with project management, field operations, and leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule delivery.

In this role, you will analyze schedule performance, manage CPM-based timelines, and prepare dashboards for management and clients using Primavera P6. A strong eye for detail and communication is essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, construction planning, or related functions.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling software.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating baseline project schedules.
• Experience collaborating with project teams, field supervision, and project controls personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain complex construction schedules.
• Ability to interpret project documentation, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial and capital projects.
• Analyze schedule performance and critical path activities; track progress and milestones.
• Gather progress updates, incorporate scope changes and field conditions into forecasts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating schedule status to management and clients.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and other tools to ensure schedule integrity across projects.
• Recommend recovery plans, mitigation strategies, and sequencing improvements.
