Related Digital (through TEKsystems) is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a large-scale hyperscale data center campus development in Saline, MI. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated schedules across multiple construction scopes, identifying risks, and coordinating with construction managers, GC partners, and trade teams to drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 skills, and a background in data center

Job Description

Seeking a Project Scheduler to support a large-scale hyperscale data center campus development. This individual will work closely with Construction Managers, General Contractors, Trade Partners, and project leadership to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules across multiple concurrent construction scopes. The Scheduler will identify schedule risks, manage critical path activities, coordinate construction sequencing, and support successful project delivery through all phases of construction, commissioning, and turnover. Experience in mission-critical, data center, or large-scale construction environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed Primavera P6 project schedules
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities
• Coordinate schedule activities across multiple contractors, disciplines, and construction workstreams

Additional Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and schedule forecasting.
• Experience working in multi-contractor or multi-prime construction environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with data centers, critical facilities, or large campus developments preferred.
• Certifications such as AACE PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, or Oracle Primavera P6 Certification are a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saline, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
