Related Digital is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager (Data Center) to support hyperscale data center construction in Saline, MI. This onsite role, through TEKsystems, is a 12+ month contract with potential to convert to full time.

Expect RFI/submittal tracking, schedule management, and coordination across GCs, MEPs, vendors, and commissioning teams. The ideal candidate holds a Construction Management or Engineering degree and 3+ years' experience in hyperscale data centers, with

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of construction experience with hyperscale data centers.
• Experience with RFI, submittals, change orders, and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Support Construction Managers and Project Managers through all phases of development and construction.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch items, and commissioning activities.
• Assist with contractor coordination meetings and maintain action item logs.
• Monitor schedule progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Support OFCI equipment procurement, delivery tracking, and installation coordination.
• Conduct routine site walks and document field observations.
• Review contractor reports, pay applications, and progress updates.
• Coordinate between design teams, GCs, MEP contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Assist with turnover documentation and closeout packages.

Top Required Skills

• Hyperscale data center construction experience on 20MW+ projects
• RFI, submittal, change order, and schedule management experience
• Strong MEP systems knowledge and drawing interpretation skills
• GC, subcontractor, integrator, or owner's rep background
• Procore and Primavera P6 proficiency preferred, required experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Prior hyperscale or mission critical data center experience required.
• Procore experience required.
• Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center construction workflows.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Saline, MI.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saline, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
