TEKsystems, through Meta, is seeking a Project Scheduler for a Lebanon, IN data center campus project. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules with Construction Managers, GCs, and trade partners to drive on‑time delivery through all construction phases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction scheduling and strong Primavera P6/CPM skills, with experience coordinating multiple contractors on large-scale facilities. Onsite role with TEKsystems support.

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and schedule forecasting.
• Experience working in multi-contractor or multi-prime construction environments.
• Certifications such as AACE PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, or Oracle Primavera P6 Certification are a plus.

Job Description

Seeking a Project Scheduler to support a large-scale hyperscale data center campus development. This individual will work closely with Construction Managers, General Contractors, Trade Partners, and project leadership to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules across multiple concurrent construction scopes. The Scheduler will identify schedule risks, manage critical path activities, coordinate construction sequencing, and support successful project delivery through all phases of construction, commissioning, and turnover. Experience in mission‑critical, data center, or large-scale construction environments is highly preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
