Job summary

Actalent in New Albany, OH seeks a Primavera P6 Scheduler to develop and maintain construction schedules for high‑profile data center projects. You will work with project teams, perform regular site visits, and provide scheduling updates to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of scheduling experience, strong CPM/controls knowledge, and excellent communication. This 12‑month contract‑to‑hire role is fully onsite with travel to client sites.

What You'll Do

Work Environment & Travel

This role combines office-based work with regular field visits to active construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and construction environments, including occasional exposure to varying weather conditions during site visits.

Travel is required and may include assignments supporting projects in locations such as Kansas City, MO; Bowling Green, OH; El Paso, TX; Nashville, TN; and Atlanta, GA. Projects are typically long‑term and may last 2-3 years. Travel expenses, project relocation costs, per diem, and periodic trips home are provided in accordance with company travel policies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
