Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (MS Project/Primavera) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new jobs in Salesforce and Business Central accurately with complete project data.
• Verify planning lines, labor, materials, subcontractor costs and expenses align with the approved scope.
• Review and adjust initial budget costs to establish a baseline for execution and tracking.
• Prepare and distribute complete job packets (scope docs, POs, drawings, schedules).
• Open and maintain change orders with proper approvals and pricing impacts.
• Contact clients to confirm site readiness, scheduling, access, and outage windows.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with stakeholders.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate technicians, engineers, equipment, and resources based on scope and schedule.
• Track progress, milestones, costs, and risks; communicate delays and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate job records in Salesforce and Business Central for visibility.
• Provide billing instructions and documentation to Billing, including invoicing requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling for technical reports and timely closeout.
• Participate in planning and WIP meetings; report staffing, schedule, cost, and risks.
• Assist field personnel with timesheets and payroll-related reporting.
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest coordination improvements.
• Perform other duties in support of Phoenix ESD operations.
