Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the Operations Planning & Control group with detailed Critical Chain project schedules. You will utilize Theory of Constraints to visualize and manage constraints, mitigate risks, and protect customer commitments. The role requires DoD eligibility and U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of MRP/CRP, Bills of Materials, Routings, manufacturing processes, Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain schedules.

Mansioni

• Support the Operations Planning & Control group, Project Teams, and Operations with Critical Chain project schedules at detailed level.
• Use Theory of Constraints to identify constraints and incorporate them into project schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks impacting schedule, including setup activities, material delays, and prerequisites.
• Determine and manage project schedule buffers to protect customer commitments.
• Measure and analyze project buffer status and initiate recovery actions as needed.
• Lead and participate in Project Team meetings to communicate schedule health and risks.
• Maintain prerequisites, work orders, and material shortages to ensure on-time starts and buffers.
• Provide inputs to management on invoice points and budgeted shop hours for monthly budget analysis.
• Ensure alignment between project schedules and ERP/MRP dates.
