Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Enertech in California is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for production, design, and forecasted projects. You will support production control activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2-5 years scheduling experience, expertise in MS Project or Primavera, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with EV/EVM practices.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of scheduling/project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) preferred.
• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains project schedules depicting all project activities in support of Production Control per PMSM for assigned projects. (40%)
• Analyzes project schedules to identify risks, conflicts, and critical path activities. (15%)
• Creates and maintains cost profiles, budgets, and forecasted revenue; includes EV cost/schedule analysis as required. (15%)
• Performs Project Set-up Activities for assigned projects. (15%)
• Supports project teams with tasks, customer presentation Prep and scheduling, and collecting action items. (15%)
