Job summary

ORCAS Project Controls in Los Angeles seeks a Scheduler to support major, high-visibility projects with a strong focus on schedule accuracy, alignment, and data integrity.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Power BI, plus exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration to develop program-level CPM schedules and standardized workflows across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and program scheduling across life sciences or construction preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus Smartsheet dashboard/workflows.
• Knowledge of data integrity and scheduling governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality CPM schedules at project and program levels.
• Perform what-if analysis, variance analysis, and change impact reports.
• Ensure schedule compliance with corporate and contractual requirements.
• Support program scheduling across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Create visuals and dashboards using Office Timeline Pro or similar tools and Power BI.
