Job summary

ORCAS Project Controls is seeking a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler III to plan, develop, and manage complex Primavera P6 schedules for data center capital programs. This on-site role offers potential future hybrid work near Austin, Texas.

You will lead planning sessions, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive schedule integrity, risk analysis, and baselines to help ensure milestone dates are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant construction experience.
• 7+ years Primavera experience.
• Data center capital project experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex schedules in Primavera P6 for data centers.
• Lead scheduling meetings and baseline development.
• Analyze and integrate schedules from consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths.
