Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of project controls best practices and process improvements to ensure successful project execution, enhance communication among the project team, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop, monitor, and update cost-loaded CPM schedules and Work Breakdown Structures using Primavera P6.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on progress and impacts to the critical path.
  • Prepare schedule reports and other analytics as required.
  • Analyze cost, schedule, and change order data to support forecasting and estimating activities.
  • Respond to cost and schedule data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consult with clients and participate in project status meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and updating project schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • 3+ years of experience preparing & developing project schedules.
  • 2+ years of experience Primavera P6 scheduling.
