Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is recruiting for a Project Scheduler with a 100% employee-owned commercial construction company in Omaha, NE. This full-time position offers stable growth and a path to ownership through the ESOP.

You will create and update detailed schedules for large projects, develop resource-loaded plans, monitor progress, run time-impact analyses, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement staff, and subs to keep on-schedule performance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project scheduler experience within the construction industry.
• Fluency in Primavera P6 (required).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong skills in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules.
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling, time impact analysis, and delay/risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed schedules for large-scale construction projects - activities, milestones, and procurement items.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules aligned with project goals.
• Monitor progress, analyze delays, and provide stakeholder updates.
• Prepare time impact analyses and risk reports.
• Partner with Project Managers on scheduling strategy; coordinate with engineers, procurement staff, and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings to provide schedule-health insights.
• Support administrative scheduling processes and documentation.
• Assist with cost and schedule completion forecasts.
• Collect project data and produce performance-metrics reports.
• Mentor and train less-experienced team members on scheduling software.

Join our client, a 100% employee-owned commercial construction company in Omaha, NE as their next Project Scheduler! This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for an experienced scheduling professional to play a key role in large-scale commercial construction projects - while building real ownership in the company through our ESOP.

What You'll Do:
