Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development & Management Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for large-scale data center programs.
Build detailed schedules from early planning inputs, drawings, stakeholder milestones, procurement data, commissioning requirements, and turnover objectives.
Create and manage baseline schedules, recovery schedules, re-baselines, look-ahead schedules, and schedule updates.
Establish detailed work breakdown structures, activity coding, logic ties, calendars, constraints, milestones, and reporting structures.
Develop complex schedules containing thousands of activities across design coordination, procurement, MEP coordination, commissioning, utility coordination, and turnover sequencing. Maintain schedule integrity and ensure alignment with project controls standards, scheduling best practices, and reporting requirements.
Data Center Critical Path Analysis Perform critical path, near-critical path, float path, and longest path analysis to identify schedule drivers and milestone risks.

Integrated systems testing
- Client turnover sequencing Identify schedule threats, long-lead procurement risks, commissioning bottlenecks, utility-related delays, and milestone constraints. Forecast schedule performance and provide recommendations to support milestone achievement. Advise leadership on schedule risk, recovery options, and the probability of meeting key program dates.
- Recovery Scheduling & Scenario Planning Develop recovery schedules and acceleration scenarios when program milestones are at risk. Model multiple schedule recovery options in Primavera P6 to compare completion dates, milestone impacts, float consumption, and potential gains.
- Support re-sequencing strategies, parallel path planning, alternative phasing options, and recovery baseline development. Partner with project controls, program leadership, and delivery teams to evaluate schedule impacts and determine practical recovery paths.
- Document schedule impacts, recovery assumptions, and mitigation strategies for leadership review. Procurement & Long-Lead Equipment Integration Integrate procurement schedules into the master program schedule, with emphasis on long-lead data center equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement teams, vendors, engineering teams, and project leadership to maintain schedule alignment. Cost & Schedule Integration Partner with cost engineers, project controls managers, and program leadership to support integrated cost and schedule reporting.
- Support earned value management reporting, including schedule performance indicators and milestone trend analysis. Analyze schedule impacts related to budget, resource planning, cash flow, productivity assumptions, and recovery scenarios.
