About the Role:

BNW Services is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for a leading electrical contractor in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably with electrical contractors or as part of a general contractor or subtrade team. Experience in healthcare, water, or wastewater projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline and updated schedules, using Primavera and Microsoft Project

Review and compare general contractor-issued monthly schedules and look-ahead schedules (3–6 weeks)

Provide regular reports on project progress, health, and risk assessments to project teams and office management

Incorporate change orders and perform time impact analysis as needed

Define critical paths, milestones, and variances from baseline schedules

Interface with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment

Support QA/QC and commissioning schedules based on contract milestones

Travel between office and jobsite locations (25–50%)

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects

Experience in ground-up construction; healthcare/water/wastewater projects are a plus

Experience with electrical contractors is preferred; GC or other subtrade background required at minimum

Proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Excel

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required

Base Salary: $70K–$95K (based on experience)

Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays
