Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC in Texas is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and implement schedules for electrical construction projects, coordinating with Project Management and Field Leadership to meet contract and performance goals.

You will create and update schedules, build WBS, develop CPM, review critical path and change orders, and perform schedule impact analyses, QA/QC and reporting. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a business‑related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Construction Scheduler.
  • Experience in Primavera P6 and project software like MS Project or Oracle preferred.

Project Scheduler

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and a capable team player.
  • Professional interaction with employees at all levels, vendors, and clients.
Travel

Up to 50% travel may be required.

Working Conditions

General work environment includes extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, typing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Work is conducted primarily indoors but may involve varying conditions such as fluorescent lighting, air conditioning, and low to medium noise levels; job sites may be louder.
