Job summary

LoopTech LLC in the United States is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and baseline integrated project schedules across pharma initiatives. The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical project scheduling, strong MS Project and Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder coordination in fast-paced, regulated environments. You will report to project controls and support multiple workstreams onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in commissioning, qualification, validation, CSV, or startup activities or project management.
• Experience in project scheduling, project controls, program coordination, or a comparable planning role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling tools; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret project plans, WBS, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing priorities.
• Familiarity with schedule risk analysis, earned value concepts, Agile or hybrid delivery methods, and reporting/dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and baseline integrated project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Collect schedule updates from PMs and input changes.
• Track milestones, progress, risks, and impacts; provide variance analyses.
• Prepare schedule status reports and dashboards for reviews.
• Facilitate schedule-planning and update meetings; document actions and next steps.
• Coordinate with PMs and leads to resolve conflicts and maintain schedule integrity.
• Maintain schedule documentation including baselines, change logs, and planning artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing priorities.
• Familiarity with schedule risk analysis, earned value concepts, Agile or hybrid delivery methods, and reporting/dashboard tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross‑functional, multi‑workstream, or enterprise‑scale projects.
• Relevant certification or formal training in project management, project controls, or scheduling is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work onsite.
• Proven background in pharmaceutical manufacturing; experience in sterile operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments.
